We have developed the only controlled forced convection bolt heating/stretching system in the world. We do this by concentrating the heat only in the effective length of the bolts/studs. We have stretched over 50,000 bolts and studs all in record time, saving the customer tremendous critical path outage time. SuperHeaters™ are patented (U.S. No.6.345.980 and Canada No. 2.313.501) and patents pending. Using SuperHeaters™ you can stress and relax bolts tensioned up to 90,000 psi. with just simple hand tools eliminating all safety factors.

SERVICES

Provide bolt heating/stretching on steam turbines, gas turbines, gas compressors, presses and anything that has a hole in the bolt.

Bolt Measuring, Nut Resurfacing and Shell Face Resurfacing, Stud Removal using SuperHeaters™ Techniques,  One Shot Tightening of Main Stop Valves, CRV's and flanges.

 

SAFETY

To date, since incorporation (1994) the SuperHeaters™ system has been used with a 100% safety record for all individuals working with SuperHeaters™. Since we eliminate the use of large wrenches and hammers we can safely loosen/tighten and solve special bolting problems using simple hand tools (4lb. hammer, pipe wrenches, key stock on castellated nuts). Safety is our number one goal and we have opened and closed turbines in record breaking times with no safety incidents.
